INTERMEDIATE CAKE DECORATING  $150.00
You will create a string work cake covered with rolled fondant and topped with a bouquet of sugar flowers and ribbon puffs.

WEDDING CAKES $205.00
"Create Your Own" 3-tier wedding cake using rolled fondant, complete with ornament. Demonstrations and instructions will include styling, covering cakes, and construction.

AUSTRALIAN METHOD $150.00
Learn the techniques of delicate string work, crimping, ribbon insertion and icing lace on a rolled fondant covered cake.

ADVANCED TECHNIQUES  $150.00
In this advanced course the following will be taught: Bas Relief, edible ribbon insertion, suspended collar and bridgeless extension work.

TOOLS REQUIRED: Apron, pencil, scissors, 8" palette knife, paring knife, Tips #1S, 1, 5, 8" decorating bag, tacking pins, x-acto knife, ruler,  small pizza cutter, brushes #1,#3, medium strip cutter + supplies from Introduction, Intermediate Cake Decorating and Australian Method.
PREREQUISITE: Australian Method.
