BY PHONE: Registration is accepted by telephone providing the deposit is billed to either a Visa or MasterCard. Register by calling 416-231-8040 Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.

BY FAX: Complete, sign and fax the registration form to our office. Please complete one form per person, and ensure that a Visa or MasterCard number, expiry date and CVD# is included. (CVD# is the last 3 digits on the back of your credit card following your credit card number) You will be billed 50% with the balance payable at the start of the class.  PLEASE NOTE: CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION IS NOT FORWARDED. It is the responsibility of the student to verify enrollment. Students, however, will be notified if a class is full. It is the student’s responsibility to remember class selections and dates.
